Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

If you require a refund for your Golspie 3 Peaks Challenge entry please contact us as soon as possible.

We will not be able to refund card transaction fees taken as part of the payment process.

We will be able to offer a full refund up to 30 days before the event. We will be able to offer a partial refund thereafter until 7 days before the event where we will not be able to offer a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We are not able to offer refunds for Golspie 3 Peaks Challenge water bottles or bandanas ordered as part of your order, but we will be able to offer credit on the day minus card transaction fees.

Refunds

Once you have contacted us for a refund and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will then also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, speak to us on the day of the event or contact us as soon as possible after.

    Add to your basket

    All purchased items will be available at registration on the morning of the Challenge.
